These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website hike-club.com and all guided hiking experiences, bookings and related services offered by Hike Club ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a hike, creating an account or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Bookings & payment
- All bookings are made through hike-club.com and are subject to availability.
- Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Your booking is confirmed only after we receive full payment and send a confirmation email.
- The lead booker is responsible for ensuring all participants accept these Terms.
3. Cancellations & refunds
- Cancellations made 7+ days before the hike date receive a full refund.
- Cancellations 3–6 days before receive a 50% refund or a free reschedule.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the hike are non-refundable.
- If we cancel a hike (weather, safety, force majeure), you receive a full refund or a reschedule at no cost.
4. Health, fitness & safety
Hiking carries inherent risks. By joining a hike you confirm that you are in good physical health, able to complete the chosen route, and that you will follow your guide's instructions at all times. You must disclose any medical condition, allergy or medication that may affect your participation. We may refuse participation if we judge it unsafe.
5. Waiver of liability
All participants are required to sign our liability waiver before the hike starts. Hike Club, its guides and partners are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to property except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and to the extent permitted by Spanish law.
6. Conduct
You agree to respect nature, other participants, guides and local communities. Littering, leaving the trail, removing plants or disturbing wildlife is not allowed. We may end your participation without refund if your behaviour endangers the group or the environment.
7. Children & minors
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who signs the waiver on their behalf. Some routes have minimum age requirements indicated on the booking page.
8. Insurance
We strongly recommend travel and accident insurance covering outdoor activities. Hike Club does not provide personal insurance for participants.
9. Intellectual property
All content on hike-club.com, including text, photography, video, logos and route descriptions, is the property of Hike Club and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
10. Photography
Your guide may take photos during the hike for personal use and, with your consent, for our social media and marketing. You can opt out at any time by emailing info@hike-club.com.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Ibiza, Balearic Islands.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
